Russell Erwin Scores Carolina Clash Victory At
County Line Raceway

Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series
traveled to County Line Raceway located in Elm
City, North Carolina on Saturday September
16th for a event paying $5,000 to win.
Russell Erwin of Beaverdam, Virginia led flag
to flag and was able to hold off Carolina
Clash competitors Saturday at County Line
Raceway to score his first career victory with
the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series
worth $5,000. Erwin swept the night capturing
the pole and leading all 40 laps of the action
packed event. Dustin Mitchell, Michael Batten,
Michael Rouse, and Christian Thomas rounded
out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier
of the event was Russell Erwin with a time of
14.833 seconds. The hard Charger of the event
was Christian Thomas (Started 10th / Finished
5th).
